1) It shall take place from 27 to 29 April 2021 and may participate in performers of any nationality.



Our festival will be in person in agreement with Fescilmar Venezuela and Katowice- Poland.

2) Fiction short films, documentary, video clips, webseries, experimental, with a maximum duration of 45 minutes can participate in any genre.

3) Opening category "Quarantine cinema" With a Max duration of 20 min, recorded with cell phones, Smartphone, or any other medium, in any genre.

4) Work must have been completed after January 1, 2018.
